We originally purchased our Yeti Adventure from you when your Skoda dealership was in Abbey Road. The sale of the car was conducted by Liz Walton for whom we have always had the highest regard! We chose to return to Abbey Road (even though it's @ 160 mile round trip) for our first service with the car because of the very warm welcome and professionalism that was shown to us by your very capable staff. We chose yet again to return the same distance for the vehicles third service and MOT, again we weren't dissapointed by your very welcoming warm professional staff. We were greeted by your Service advisors Alex Tonge and Emma Bainbridge. Alex Tonge took charge of the service arrangements in a very confident manner putting us at ease immediately, customers like ourselves want to be confident that our vehicle's will be looked after from start to finish, "it was". Jan came to see us to discuss a new service plan, again very professional yet with that personal touch. The personal touch came through from the "Girls" in the Cafe, everything spot on! We were driven into and picked up from Durham by your very curtious driver, all in all yet again the experience we had from the staff at Belmont leaves me in no doubt that we will make the journey next time for service or anything else we may want! Thanks to "all the staff" at Belmont! The people of Durham show us how the "experience" should be conducted!

My initial enquiry with Pulman was by telephone, when I spoke to Liz Walton, who was exceptionally helpful and emailed me some information straight away. When we subsequently visited the showroom, Liz was again exceptionally helpful and informative. She was a pleasure to deal with. This was my first introduction to ŠKODA and I was very impressed, not only by the car but by all the sales team and in particular, Liz.
